Adobe CC 2018 Blank Welcome Screen

Hello

i have updated my adobe cc from 2017 to 2018, but my application dont show welcome screen, just a blank, there any solution to fix that ?

i think in this version no, my gpu is nvidia 600 series

Did you shut down your machine after doing this, or at least do a restart?

no, and yeah i know that, i have been using after effect quite long, but this thing happen to me when i update my adobe product fromcc 2017 to cc 2018

Maybe try clearing preferences during start up.

On Windows hold shift/ctrl/alt while the application is starting up.

On Mac hold shift/cmd/option while the application is starting up.
