AE 2022 Crash

Error coe is as follows : <10444> <BEE_WorkQueue><5>BEE_Project::TimestampGetNext ZANZIBAR-3: cannot produce Timestamp,frozen=0, open=0

Anyone know what to do?

I tried resetting my preferences but it did not resolve the issue. My theory isit had to do with two plugins I recently installed called Watchtower (automatically syncs files to an ae file) and aescripts Paint & Stick. When I turned off auto sync for Watchtower that seemed to help one crash error appearing. Then the last thing that seems to solve it was turn off "enable home screen". So far that has resolved the issue -

Hm thought it was resolved and now hit the error again using the Paint and Stick plugin
