AE and ME Rendering Not Working - Basically dysfunctional

This week we are getting a myriad of reports from our users that After Effects and Media Encoder are constantly crashing. Running all the latest versions on WINDOWS 10 Pro with the latest Nvidia driver. Where's the fix for this Adobe?

Are the users running the apps on local machines or some kind of network? I've been running those apps on my Windows desktop and they've been fine.
