AE project unable to load all files

Hi.

On loading a project, AE is unable to load .mov and .psd assets. Other Trying to replace/reload gives a plethora of error codes:

• 3::6
• 51::19
• 86::1
• this 'MooV' file is damaged or unsupported.

I'm working on the project from two workstations.

• 2020 Mac Pro (no problems) 
• 2016 MacBook Pro (problems)

The Mac Pro has been updated for Ventura, the MacBook Pro cannot, I'm assuming due to it's age, it's running Monterey 12.6.3.

The project file and assets are synced on the machines via dropbox. 

All assets are working in the OS on both machines. I have uninstalled and reistalled AE and permissions for files in finder are ok. Both installations of AE are latest release, and there are no problems opening the project file, only those assets. 

I'm thinking the problem could be due to the difference of OS? Is there a workaround, so I can keep working on the macbook?
