After effect rendering error

Hello im new here I have a problem with my after effects i don't know if its jus my laptop but it keeps freezing and cause me to restart my computer if i add deep glow or any other plugin oh btw i have a low pc is that the problem

I'm amazed that After Effects will run with those computer specs.

It doesn't even meet the minimum requirements:

maybe you PC specs not enough to use AE so you should give us all your PC specs, also try to render using media encoder.

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

 I have been using after effect for a while on it is it too low to fuction with after effects?

Unfortunately, I think 4Gb of RAM is not enough for After Effects these days.  This link shows you that the minimum requirements are 16Gb:

You can probably keep going as you have been, but you might need to render out intermediate videos, rather than adding lots of effects and some effects might just require too much RAM for your system to ever handle.
