After Effect system error

I just installed After Effect and Adobe Premiere on my laptop (windows). when I try to open them, I receive this message.

the code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR110.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem.

 

I have reinstalled these Apps several times but it didn't help. since I recently started to work with Adobe, I don't know what this means and how to solve it.

so frustrating

Please provide a full list of specifications of your hardware and OS.  

 

Are you installing from the Adobe CC application manager?  

 

It seems to be a common Windows issue for all sorts of software, not just Adobe.  Quite a lot of tutorials online for fixing it, like this one:
