After Effect Update Fail

Hi everyone! Hope all is well.

I am using a new Mac air, and was trying to update AE tonight. However I failed several times and the fail code is 183.

Here is the log record:

After I failed to update, I cannot even open the older version. It just plain doesn't open at all - with no showing no messages and as if I pressed nothing. 

Can anyone please tell me how I can fix this? Thanks so much.
