after effects 2023 random green glitch in preview and render after reopening the project

PLEASE , please i need help . My adobe after effects 2023 display random green glithes in composition preview and render  when i open the project for the second time .I tried updating my graphic driver, and switched project settings on video rendering but nothing changed . i un installed all my graphic dravers no change . i reinstalled but nothing changed . if i create a new project there wont be glities untill i close the software and reopen to continue . i am forced to only close a project when i am completly done . i am using an ASUS gaming TUF17 with  AMD Ryzen 7 6800H with Radeon Graphics 3.20 GHz , NVIDIA RTX 3060 TI  4GIG ,16 GIG RAM.
