After effects FX to keyframes

Question

I'm working on a project which uses the built in FX Wave warp, and I really need to be able to bake the settings to key frames. Is this possible or a plug-in which could achieve this?

alternatively is there a wave to convert an FX to an expression and then bake that into key frames?

I have to export the project via Bodymovin for a Lottie animation and FX aren't supported therefore need a workaround.

No and no. You would have to re-create the entire effect to produce vectors or parametric data as used in SVG and HTML canvas. Whatever you have in mind will require much more work. If you provide a screenshot and a better explanation we may be able to advise on alternative workflows.
