after effects won't launch

I am working on Win 10, and after effects hangs on launch. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and rolling back to a previous version of AE, but nothing helps.

Sorry for the crash.

Do you see any error message or crash report? What's the last loading module before freeze? Also, what are your system specification (CPU, GPU, RAM)?

You could try removing the third-party plug-ins if you're using any.
