Almost all plug-ins crash After Effects

I've got some plugins from AEscritps that I've used for a while.  They've worked great for a long time.  Now, when I try to start them they just turn After Effects into a spinning ball and I have to force quit.

It's not just one plugin, but almost every third party plugin I have.  Any ideas why this would happen?

I'm on Macbook M1 Pro Max.

I've tried reinstalling After Effects, installing an older version, deleting the plugin folders and then reinstalling, deleting the preferences.  So far nothing I have done has worked.

I do have that turned option on.  Thanks for the suggestion Martin.

I just figured it out though, I'll put it here in case someone else comes accross this issue.  Apple has their new "Private Relay" feature as a part of icloud.  It's in beta, but I turned it was turned on.  Once I turned that on the plugins worked as expected,  Not sure why, but that was the problem.

My first guess is network access and file access for scripts in the settings menu for AE.
