Always have errors while opening it.

,I kept getting errors while opening it, I know how to fix it, but when I fix it, my workspace and my hotkeys just become default. And I don't want to change my workspace and my hotkeys everytime I open it up... It's kinda annoying, Do you guys have any ideas how to fix this? Thank You.

Well, it basically means what it says. Your user privileges/ file and folder permissions are botched or you are running as a limited user and the program cannot access the preferences, hence everything resets to factory defaults. you need to fix that. Here's a basic guide I found in a three second web search:

For anything beyond that, more specific info about your actual configuration will be required.
