Camera Settings Stuck in Corner

I can't seem to access my camera settings as it's stuck hidden in this corner. I need to change the settings from Active Camera to Camera 1 and no matter how I adjust the window size, I can't seem to access it. Not sure how this happened. I re-installed and still the same issue. Currently have to work on an older version to resolve this but it's not ideal. Any ideas?
