cinema 3d old releases uninstalling

Hi, I did the update of all the Adobe applications, by the Creative Cloud app, uninstalling the previous versions, and now After Effects is the version 22. Why are the old CINEMA 4D R21 and R 22 folders left on my hdisk? Can I delete them manually?
