Cmd+K (setting in+out velocities) for multiple keyframes

In the case where I want to set (for example) 100% incoming velocitites to multiple keyframes like position scale and rotation... it only works for one. My suspicion is that it'll adjust values with 1 value (rotation) and ignore ones with 2 or more (scale + position)

Preferred result: set all keyframes to what I specify.
