collect footageItem png sequence

I want to collect the footage which the comp using.

if the footage refer to a sequence, the file object refer to the first image.

is there any way to detect if a footage is a sequence? and how to collect the image sequence , may only some image are used.

use AE "File->Dependencies->Collect Files" can correct collect the image sequence. i want collect the image sequence by myself.

Now with the api "FootageSource.isStill" i can pick out if a footage is a image sequence, but video and audio have same value. so i still need help.
