Combining same footage

I imported two Composition (Moving & Not moving) from a project to another new project. Footage "Runway" is same for both projects. How to combine these two videos into one video?

Select one of them, Hold ALT or OPTION key and drag it over the other one in the Project panel. It will replace all the instances of that file on all compositions. Then, go to File > Dependencies > Delete Unused Footage.
