Convert Text layer to single Alphabet layers

The text on the screen reads TourNaija; it's in a single text layer.

 

Normally, I would create shape from text to have individual alphabets under one shape layer.

 

However, is there any way I can, or any plugin/extension that would separate the Alphabets into separate Text Layers?

There is no automated way to do this. You can keep text lined up using sourceRectAtTime(), but you must manually enter each letter on a separate layer.
