Crash opening project - plugin issue

Hi all, trying to troubleshoot After Effects crashing when editor tries to open an old project on macOS 10.14, AE 2019. It seems to be a plugin issue. I have opened the project with caps lock on then hidden all layers so project opens until certain effects are enabled and then it crashes. Seems to be related to the Sapphire plugins, get an error crashed at certain thread and then that thread mentions Sapphire. Error below, any help greatly appreciated! Thanks!
