Custom .csf color profile used as Working Color Space in After Effects dropdown

Is it possible to use a custom CSF color profile and have it appear in the dropdown menu inside After Effects? I'm seeing that their are custom .icc profiles showing up but I have a .csf that doesn't. Any insight would be helpful, thanks!

A CSF file is a complex file that actually contains more than just a profile and currently it's not supported in AE.
