Effect Creation HELP

Hi everyone

 

I am trying to replicate this effect in AE (see the attachment named Screen_Recording)

But I couldn't find a tutorial on youtube, I tried a few things by myself but it doesn't look the same, I am a very beginner with AE, so I hoped I could get some help here

(see the file named 20230804_153259 to see what I have done till now) 

 

I will also attach the project file

It's probably just two text animators on a layer set to per word mode and with the second one having a slight delay to create the blink effect. they may also have different ease settings to create that bouncy feeling.
