Error extentions AE: Motion Factory

Greetings to the entire Adobe community,
I am facing a problem with the Pixflow extension: Motion Factory.
I have Win operating system.
I followed all the steps for the installation as indicated on the plugin page, 
but when opening the extension it asks me to restart after effect to finish the installation.
Despite restarting several times, the dialog box that tells me to restart the application continues to appear.
I leave a screenshot with the message.
It should be clarified that the floating window of the extension opens,
then it starts with the login where I cannot log in because the dialog box that asks me to restart AE 
automatically comes out.
I would appreciate if you can give me a hand with this problem.
