Hello i have a problem with working on adobe AE and very slow preview.

Problem with very slowv preview. It is very frustrating and impossible to work with. Music and video do not sync. I try to use many solutions found on the web. I think my comp isnt so slow.
Core(TM) i9-9900KF CPU @ 3.60GHz / 64 GB/ 3x SSD M2 DISK 500 and 1 TB/ Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti.
I work on 3 monitors connected to graphiscs.
I try work on Win 10 Pro and Win 11 Pro - the same. My graphics card is listed. Cache is on SSD separate disk. Lag and slow prevewiew is na 4K and HD working area (on 4K is more lag). Preview is resolution down (quater) skip 5, rendering iuse GPU Acceleration, Nvidia have best setting to After Effect -on Nvidia (Nvidia control panel setting for applications).
