Import generic error during adobe dynamic link

When I use the function replace with adobe after effects composition

after effects does open

but there's a import generic error displayed in premiere pro

There is footage displaying in after effects but it's not the same timecode

for example I removed the first two second of clip in prmeiere

after effects only display that two second

all editing like speed ramp and colour grade done in premiere is not working

i just have the raw footage that is not even on the right time

this thing have been troubling me for a day and I can't continue my project
