Invalid Image Buffer Size 64000x64000

Hi so I'm making an anime edit 1920x1080p 30 fps and im using plugins such as deep glow that make things bright. It used to happen every once and a while but now i can't even click play. It will just say invalid image buffer size 64000x64000 that seems awfully large so im not sure why. I need help since this is for a contest due on the 28th

It usually happens when there is a high-quality media with large resolution in the composition. Please check if there's one in your project.

    It also says something about the effects im using as a warning but ive used them before and nothing happened
