"Library you are trying to upload is in read only" Error message in After Effects

I reopened a graphic I needed to edit in After Effects. After editing I tried to use Essential Graphics to export the graphic and I recieved an Error message that reads After Effects: "The Library you are trying to upload is read only. Please select another Library." I checked all read and write permissions in After Effects and Premiere Pro, they are all turned on.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I opened previous graphics to see if my file was somehow corrupt, it's not. I get this error in every past file I've created and successfully transfered to Premiere Pro Essential Graphics.
