loosing progress with Roto Brush

As of yesterday, After Effects has been completely removing my progress with the roto brush... Everything I worked on, completely gone when I re-launch After Effects.

I am using a apple silicon Mac Mini with 16gb of ram running mac os Monterey 12.1

If anyone has any ways around this, please let me know.

What changed? Did you update any software? Did you install anything new?

I am back a couple of versions of AE and AE beta right now because I am on the road and access to the internet is lousy, but I'm having no problems with my M1 Mac Mini at all.
