I would like to mask the unwanted object that the size is more than the visibility of composition panel. It’s changed to the largest angle/view for the 360 video.

Could you tell me how to mask the unwanted object in the 360 video by a one mask or multiple mask to use a one of Content-Aware Fill functionality?

You have to provide a screenshot and explain better what you actually want to do. Your post doesn't make a lot of sense without it. That said, chances are you can't even use content aware fill due to the specifics. Anyway, you have to provide better info.
