Mettle Open CL manager

It doesn't let me do anything since this thing pops out every time i close it

these are the things I tried:

-Installing new driver for graphic card (newest) and restarting pc after doing it

-Changing in the project settings<video rendering and effects from: Mercury software only to GPU accelleration (CUDA)

- Deleting Opencl file in adobe common files folder if present

- Installing newer dll file and replacing the other one in system32 folder

I have had this problem before and at times maanged to fix it but now i don't have any way, please help.
