mettre un effet entre un fond et un premier plan d'un meme clip

Bonjour,

J'ecrit ici pour demander de l'aide, car je rencontre un problème que je n'arrive pas à corriger. Je suis un débutant sur After Effect et j'apprend à réaliser des edits d'anime et lors d'un mes projet je voulais mettre un effet de particule entre le fond et un personnage au premiers plan d'un seule clip d'anime. Je ne trouve pas la réponse donc je serai ravie si quelqu'un pourrait m'expliquer comment faire je vous met un lien d'une vidéo pour que vous voyiez éxactement ce que je veux.

Thanks for writing in.

I love CC Particle World, but it's scary to get started with.  Take a look at Mr Mercury instead.  Apple this effect to a coloured solid behind your character, but infront of your background.  This gives you the same sort of look as it happening in the video you shared. 

In the Light settings, drop the intensity to 0 and apply a blur effect to soften the edges.
