Create Mogrt in AE

Export to Motiongraphics Template (Your Library)

Test in Premiere

Copy from Your Library to Shared Library.

File will not upload.

Workaround

Sign Out/In from CC Desktop

CC Desktop then syncs, deleting the file from Shared Library

Re-add file, CC Desktop then syncs.

There's no reliable visual indictor of the status of the templates. CC Desktop reports File syncing as Up to date when it isn't and there's no way to manually force the file to upload.
