My mask seems to be off of where I put the points in add mode.

I am not sure why it is not following the mask I laid out. When I had the mask mode to none it was following the video. But I need it in add mode to just have the mouth, and then the entire mask seems to be off center to the right.

Here it is in none mode and it works well. This is probably a simple mistake, but I am still new to after effects. Thanks for the help!

Bad workflow. You have a Warp Stabilizer applied, which will of course do what it says on the tin - warp the footage. On the other hand masks are processed before effects and *boom* that's why your stuff is off - the mask operates on the unwarped footage. Ergo you need to structure your work by pre-composing the warp application and creating the mask in the parent comp on the resulting layer.
