need help with after affect

the problem is I install AE and install all the plugins when I add a preset like cc my pc crush I already tried a different version but it didn't work I reinstall the plugins from a different place I install the newest version but the same thing I try to delete it and reinstall it but the same thing + my pc is ryzen 3 (3200) GPU viga 8 + 8 ram 4*4 it's not bad pc to crush in something like that?
