No Preview on 3rd monitor - AE 18.2.1

Question

Set up:iMac -  Retina 4k, 21.5", 2019OS: Big Sur 11.4GPU: Radeon Pro 555X 2 GBCPU: 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i3RAM: 8GB 2400 MHz DDR4Drive: MacIntosh HD Monitor 1: Built in Retina DisplayMonitor 2: HP 27xwMonitor 3 (Preview): Samsung MU6300 4K 40" TV I can't get my preview monitor to work. No matter which input I choose, it will not send to my preview monitor and continously play. Further, if I set it up to transmit, setting up the 3rd monitor will cause the project to crash repeatedly. Any thoughts? Is it that my graphics card and/or my RAM is not enough and can't handle it? Any input would be appreciated! Thank you in advance - MSewell

Hi MSewell, Thanks for writing in.Your computer is not meeting the minimum RAM requirements which could affect the functionality. We can check other factors though.How are you connecting your monitors with your computer? Also, what happens if you use Samsung MU6300 4K 40" TV as a secondary monitor and HP 27xw to transmit?Let us know the results. Thanks,Nishu
