hell friends initially i was using after effects, and it was working fine but later i got some error and now it is saying error in parsing aftereffects and two popup showing online is black with no comments and other says 

After effects WARNING: Error parsing properties list from file "c:\user\ompra|AppData\Roaming\Adobe\AfterEffects\22.0\workspaces.xml" it has been renames to "workspaces.xml.old" for backup. proceeding

please help i did check there and but problem not solved
