playback and export glitching

Glitching occurs when previewing and in exported footage.

The strange thing is that there is no glitching when recording this on a computer. So, I had no choice but to film the glitching phenomenon with my cell phone.

This symptom is occurring for both video work and simple shape layer work.

Try purging memory from :

edit -> purge -> all memory & disk cache

Yes I always purge memories but it won't solving my problem..

I'm sorry, but I can't tell what is glitching, I see a few things, but that might be rolling shutter of the camera.  Can you describe it at all?

Does it occur when looking at a single frame?

Did you see my attachment? There is 2 videos. 
if you compare those video you can see a different. 

the glitching is occur ramdomly.
