Good day

I need to set a specific colour background for my composition using a solid layer. The problem is that this colour is getting affected by the adjustment layers above it which I'm using for my footage. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

Hi Nishu and Rick

 

I implemented the advice of using a pre-composition but unfortunately, the adjustment layers still had a problematic effect. The solution ended up being an adjustment layer above the solid bg to counteract the other adjustments.

Pre-compose everything except the background layer. Problem solved.
