Random Still Frames Showing Up in my Exported Video

So basically im working on a science project and on After effects itself nothing is going wrong and everything is fine but when I render the video and export it, it shows random still frames in random places when watching it. I don't know why this is happening and I already tried purging the cache several times.

Sorry for your issue.

Are those still frames from the same project you're exporting? What's the version of After Effects you're using? Also, are you exporting using the After Effects Render Queue or Media Encoder?
