Hello.

Im having a problem with Razer Blade 17 (2022) - RZ09-0423 (running Windows 11 Home (x64))
The thing is, computer bluescreens after some time of using Adobe after effects, i have attached image of the bluescreen. Tried reinstalling windows and updating all drivers (Reset bios settings too) , and of course reinstalling Adobe after effects but this did not solve the problem.

The computer works fine without using after effects and does not bluescreen.

Thanks for sharing the details. Please try the following:

  1. Change the Graphic Preference to High Performance, as shown in this video.
  2. If that doesn't help, change the renderer to Mercury Software Only in File > Project Settings.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Nishu

Hi, after reinstalling the computer and testing adobe after effects the computer showed a different bluescreen which you can see in the reply, i googled a bit and found out that the newest Nvidia driver was at fault, i installed a bit older driver and seems like that fixed the problem. So far computer does not bluescreen.

Sorry for your issue, kristers286303486er4.

Could you share your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? A lot of times, outdated GPU drivers cause such issues. Try updating it if it's not already.

Moving this thread from Bugs to Discussions for troubleshooting.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Nishu

Impossible to make any sense of this. You need to provide the actual dumps and crash logs.
