Hi! I cancelled my After Effects subscription about 10 days ago and I still haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

Nothing we can do for you here on this forum. You have to contact sales support directly via web chat, e-mail, phone (where available) or the @AdobeCare Twitter handle. That said, I think it states somewhere on the sales pages that refunds can take up to 60 days due to how this is handled with credit card issuers.
