rendered video looks different than before rendered

Hi..

i have an issue where the rendered video (finished video) looks different than it was before rendered..

heres what the clip should look like ( what it looks like before rendered )

 and heres what it looked like after rendered:

the brightness looks off, the directional blur was wierd ( i dont know how to explain it it just looks way off )

also when i checked the video after rendered the clip where the opacity is about to drop has a wierd little clear rectangle on the side

its rlly annoying because it goes closer and more noticeable when opacity is abt to drop..

i also checked the comp resolution on the bottom of the video preview thing and its already been changed to FULL..

it was quarter before and when i rendered it looked like the photos from above and i thought it was the resolution so i changed it to FULL then i rendered and it STILL LOOKS THE SAME 

i use adobe media encoder to render this and also i tried using the render from after effects itself but both ways LOOKS THE SAME

(the settings in each render are the correct settings)

i dont know what to do because the previous edits has no issue like this, please help!.
