SDK for After Effects 2023

In the docs for the AE SDK, I'm seeing a revision date of Oct 18, 2022 that contains updates to the AEGP_LayerSuite. (https://ae-plugins.docsforadobe.dev/history.html)

On the Adobe developer site, the most recent release I'm able to see and download is from October 2021. Is there something I'm missing? Has the Oct 18, 2022 SDK actually been released yet?

If not, is there any other way to interact with the new track mattes in AE 2023? The existing layer suite doesn't seem to be able to modify them.

Have you actualyl just tried and downloaded it? it may already be the correct version. Those pages often get updated with massive delays and do not always reflect the actual state of things.
