Shake Presets not saving all my settings

So I keep trying to save this s_shake preset with nice X and Y settings but everytime I save the animation with the keyframes and use it again, it resets everything to the default s_shake settings, the only thing that stays the same are my keyframes and the graph.

I seriously need help, I can't save any shake settings without it going back to the default settings.
