A partir d'une pièce en rotation et d'un diffuseur de liquide, comment obtenir une vidéo, montrant l'impact des jets sur la pièce en rotation.

L'objectif est de montrer les surfaces non touchées par le liquide.

Is this for a science demonstration or to look photo-real / real world imagery?

If it is for science, you can use shape layers to create an animation of the result, but if it needs to look real, then you might be best looking at a program like Houdini or possibly the open-source 3D program Blender.

Thanks for your suggestion. Indeed, we are manufacturer of hygienic valves for fluid transfer.

That's probably something you would do in a 3D program. Fluid simulations are complicated. Even a plug-in like Trapcode Particular would not be easily able to do it. Otherwise you could potentially fake it, but that's still going to be a lot of work and specific advice would require a style board as reference for how you want it to look.
