.TGA Targa file export TrueColorAlpha not GrayscaleAlpha

Does anyone know if this is possible and how I would do it? We are having some issues with native graphics and this might be the reason... I'm exporting a Targa sequence which, when analyzed, shows GrayScaleAlpha and not TrueColorAlpha.

 

Any info anyone has is greatly appreciated!

Your post makes no sense. You have not provided any info on actual render settings, the contents of your comps, your system and ultimately how you verify the graphics to arrive at your conclusion. You need to be much, much more specific.

You're right, I could have given more specifics but I'm lost and looking for answers from smarter people than myself and I don't know exactly what specifics might be needed to resolve the issue. Now I know.
