Track Matte Not Working

Hi, today I tried to use the Camera and I wanted to join a Null Object, but I couldn't because the "Track Matte" option does not appear in the Camera, any solution? I've already tried doing it the other way around (bind the Null Object to the Camera) and I can't either.

A camera does not generate any pixels, so there can be no matte. You misunderstand something here. Other than that it's not clear what you are trying to achieve. You need to explain.
