Trouble Exporting from After Effects with Media Encoder

I've been attempting to export a video from After Effects using Media Encoder and every time, only the first frame of the video is rendered and there is no audio (it still exports as a video and is as long as it should be, just no audio and only shows the first frame)

I've tried to export it a couple times and it still hasn't been working. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!
