What do you mean by "cant unistall May font". Is this a font that you think could cause the issue and you can't remove it?

I dont kow. There was a problem that i cant unnistal any font. I had to format my computer to solve this.

And i also cant use the montserrat black italic font in after effects. The sabe error happens
