Unremovable text in background

a few days ago, I used some text in a project, but now it is shown in the background of every project, even new projects with no layers.

Could you share your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? What's the exact version of After Effects you're using? Also, are you using any third-party plug-ins?
