User interface : some buttons disappear

Hello,
AE version 23.2
The following buttons have disappeared:
"Main viewer" (to send the image of a composition to a control monitor).
"Always preview this view".

I can find them by right-clicking on the name of the window that displays the image of the composition, but it is a waste of time.
Is it possible to put them back where they were before?

And while I'm at it, the same thing in the composition window, it's been several versions that very useful buttons have disappeared. For example, "3D sketch" which disables shadows and camera blur and "automatic keyframe".

With two screens there is no problem of space.

Can we customize the windows with the buttons we use the most?
